A social organisation with a commercial focus generating income to drive our activities and deliver lasting change, our client is a landlord, property developer, commercial contractor and social entrepreneur. They are looking for two Data Analysts to join the Asset Management Team on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020. You will specifically be employed to provide cover for existing members of the team who will be part of a project group, working on the development and implementation of our new Housing Management System. The Asset Management Team is focused on making sure our client can continue to operate and achieve their goals, by controlling risks and maintaining their compliance with regulations. This is an important role in which you will: * Provide support that ensures the accuracy, validation and integrity of the data for Gas, electrical, asbestos, facilities management component records and document updates. * Maintain and update servicing cycle dates and data * Ensure daily stage appointments are booked and visit letter progression is compliant * Prepare daily case management cases * Ensure compliance of support activities for documents, records and certification connected with QA surveys, technical and safety inspections for gas, electric asbestos, facilities management, lifts, voids, offices and blocks * Monitor, maintain and update central records on the Asset Management, housing and financial management systems, document storage and supporting spreadsheets / databases * Capture, record and monitor completion of compliance follow-up work * Co-ordinate survey team activities, resources and property access events To be successful in this role you will: * A proven track record in delivering a compliance support service within a property maintenance environment. * A sound knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to property maintenance. * An understanding of the importance of value for money in everyday operations. * A commitment to Health and Safety. * A professional, proactive approach and excellent communication skills
