Yorkshire based Manufacturer are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to lead a system implementation and develop the H&S strategy on a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation. The role will be part of the senior management team on site and hold responsibility for all health and safety legislation. You will provide advice and training for all production and engineering teams and lead cultural development across H&S behaviours. Profile The successful Health & Safety Manager will possess a range of the following: A NEBOSH qualification - ideally diploma A proven ability in H&S management in an engineering / manufacturing environment Demonstrable experience in developing systems and behaviours Demonstrable people management skills Job Offer Great salary & package
