Planning Officer (Compliance and Implementation) Grade E  Salary: £22,462 - £26,317 37 hours per week Permanent    The Broads is an internationally important and protected wetland environment with status equivalent to a national park. Our Planning Department is a small, friendly team, with a good service record and high ambitions.  We are looking to recruit a suitably motivated candidate to investigate alleged breaches of planning control and monitor compliance with planning permissions. Applicants should ideally have experience in an investigative or enforcement capacity, development management and/or planning enforcement. The successful candidate will be computer literate and able to read plans and drawings. The ability to maintain and act in confidence with tact and diplomacy is essential. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are also important. The closing date for applications is 5pm on Sunday 21st June 2020. Interviews will be held virtually on Thursday 25th June.
