Housing Association across Shropshire and Herefordshire are after an Interim Operations Manager, to manage their Compliance Functions within their DLO. As an interim opportunity, there is potential for an extension of the role as the service restructures and develops. Key Essentials: * Previous experience within Social Housing / Housing Associations. * H&S and Compliance experience and knowledge associated with Social Housing / Housing Association sector. * Knowledge and Understanding of Property Maintenance / Gas Services / Electrical Services / Cyclical Services * Able to deliver key performance targets / be a budget holder * Strong communication skills, liaising with the Assets department associated with compliance / inspections / certifications / planned works * Experience of ability to support change management / departmental restructures. * To learn, development and engage in a virtual environment, with excellent people skills. * Experience of line management.
