A client of mine is looking for a Health & Safety Compliance Advisor to work for them on contract basis until January 2021. The purpose of the tole is to bring teams to a compliant state through completion of risk assessments, risk maps and risk action plans along with the development of training plans. The role will be required to report monthly on Property compliance statistics, both inspection rates and mitigation actions. These actions are undertaken by another department but overseen and reported on my health, safety and compliance. There will be a requirement to develop CDM compliance knowledge within teams who undertake CDM activities. As a result of COVID this role will be mostly home based with infrequent travel to Oxfordshire. The post holder will not need to live within daily commuter range of Oxfordshire but will likely need to travel infrequently to sites for audits.
