About the job

Our client is growing social enterprise providing mental health and supported living services for vulnerable adults. This is a new and exciting opportunity for an operational and compliance leader to ensure excellent standards of service delivery. This is a key management position responsible for providing operations leadership to ensure that services are fully compliant with QAF performance standards (maintaining Level A accreditation) and with Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) performance standards. You will be responsible for managing and improving operational systems, processes, policies, and procedures in support of better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organisational planning. Key areas of responsibility: * Regulatory Frameworks (QAF) and External Service Reviews. * Other Regulatory, Compliance & Quality and Performance Standards (RSH, GDPR, H&S) Management of Maintenance & Facilities Department. * Business Growth and Launch Accommodations. * Recruitment, Training & Development. * Working with external agencies and strategic relationships. * Financial Responsibilities (incl. procurement and contribute to development of budgets). * Digitalisation and Digital Platforms (ensure company policies/procedures are digitalised). * Project Management and Collaboration. * Business Continuity. Requirements: * Significant management experience in Operations & Compliance (in Adult Social Care and/or Mental Health). * Experience of Prince2, Six Sigma, Lean Management Systems & Agile Methodologies. * Experience in regulatory frameworks such as CQC, RSH and/or QAF. * Knowledge of safeguarding systems, policies, and processes. * Experience in quality standards and continuous improvement systems and approach. * Experience in governance systems and structures including audits, risk management, investigations, complaint handling and report writing. * Proven ability to develop positive working relationships with external stakeholders. * Experience in using Customer Relationship Management systems and databases. * Postgraduate, Undergraduate, or other relevant qualification. * Caring and compassionate person with a genuine desire to want to make a difference and help disadvantaged individuals to have meaningful and purposeful lives
