Compliance Manager Oxfordshire £45k + Benefits Immediate start     Compliance Manager wanted for this family run business with a successful history in FM spanning over 25 years. Head office in Oxfordshire and a multi site operation no two days will be the same, as Compliance Manager you will have a team to manage and procedures to implement, your own ideas as a Compliance Manager will be welcomed and you will truly feel like a member of the family from day one.  As the companies Compliance Manager you will focus on the delivery of quality management and process are adhered to, working with stakeholders and regional directors you will have responsibility to drive company and statutory compliance, as the Compliance Manager you will also be required to design and monitor control systems, you will also be responsible for the delivery of training to the regions in terms of compliance, process and procedures in all areas.  We are recruiting an experience Compliance manager who will; Demonstrate leadership, and mentoring skills Fantastic eye for detail Up-to date compliance, ISO Standards and procedures knowledge Capable of delivering engaging training Strong written and verbal skills Have experience in multi site operations Excellent IT Skills  In return you will be given support and progression opportunities in your own career, a good salary and package and become a valued member of a successful senior team within the business.
