Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with the view to go Permanent. Location: Although the post says Cardiff, the role can be based out of any of our nationwide offices. What is Syft? Responsibilities & Duties * Providing administrative support to the Head of Compliance * Working with the Compliance function to ensure Syft and their team of agency workers are compliant * Full understanding of Syft’s platform, and other systems, to provide efficient support * Developing & implementing structured and repeatable processes to ensure that Syft achieve 100% compliance * Dealing with our critical escalation pathways as well as case preparation for external government bodies such as ACAS, Employment Tribunal Service, BEIS, HMRC etc * Establish and manage the audit process for areas such as Right to Work and other documentation required by law * Triage for escalation queries that require compliance input Qualifications and Skills * Computer savvy and able to use a variety of platforms, as well as G-Suite tools * A successful, energetic self-starter, with strong initiative * An exceptional attention to detail and the motivation to ensure information is correct every single time * A fast learner with a demonstrable history of getting to grips with new systems * Experience of HR and/or recruitment and employment compliance processes would be advantageous * Ability to work within an environment where deadlines have to be met You’ll fit right in at Syft if: You’re Flexible– able to consider challenges from different perspectives.
