Headlines Role: 2 IT Security & Compliance Analyst’s Location: Middlesbrough Salary: Up to £40,000 + Competitive Benefits Jackson Hogg have an exclusive opportunity for 2 IT Security & Compliance Analyst’s to join an exciting and dynamic organisation based in Middlesbrough and working across the globe as an industry leading Chemical Company. These two new analysts will join a small but highly regarded Security team responsible for keeping the day to day operations of this multi-billion-dollar business running safely and securely. You will play an integral part in writing new policy, completing incident responses, and conducting digital forensics working across both hardware and policy security. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the manufacturing industry with a hands-on background in IT and professional certifications backing up their experience. They will need to be quick to learn and willing to get stuck into anything across the security and policy spectrum when needed. Skills * IT Degree of equivalent experience * Previous experience in IT security, ideally 2+ years * Relevant Security certification (ISC, CCNA, CISA etc.) * Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS and SPLUNK are all highly beneficial * Experience writing security policies and familiarity with Security frameworks * It is a massive bonus if you have experience in Security for the manufacturing industry This is the ideal position for someone working towards their CISSP, with significant training opportunities and a small, dedicated, and well-funded team providing the perfect environment for growth.
