Quality & Compliance Controller £25K (max salary) 0800 – 1700 Monday – Friday A5 Rugby Full Time – Temp 2 Perm Immediate Start We are looking for a new quality and compliance controller who can start a full time, temp 2 perm role at a major warehouse on the DIRFT just outside of Rugby. This is a nice Monday – Friday role and job that will involve you being responsible for all new starter inductions, general health and safety, any audit requirements or compliance documents for key customers. Its busy, its fast paced and there is no micromanagement on the site. This is a great role for someone who wants a career ladder to climb within a rapidly expanding logistics company. The skills are we looking for: * Someone with experience of doing new starter / health and safety inductions within logistics. * A person who has dealt with compliance before. * Someone with audit experience (ideally BRC). * A confident, outgoing person. * Someone who is local to Rugby – we are not expecting anyone to travel from Birmingham / London etc. In return, this role offers you: * £25K p/year which is weekly paid via SolviT Recruitment. * Lots of support from a great management team. * A realistic career ladder to climb. * The chance to play a large part in the company direction.
