Compliance Administrator Tewkesbury £28k THE ROLE Oversee and manage the company compliance databases both internal and for external clients Input and manage data into Client portals within the Clients designated SLA’s Assist in the Maintenance, and Revision of Company Policies and Procedures Ensure that Company and Client policies and procedures are being followed Produce monthly reports on Operational performance Complete monthly ISO Accreditation Audits across the the business Create monthly reports to be presented to the Senior Management Team Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate Any other duties as and when required by the business Skills / Experience This is a pivotal position within the company and therefore demands a responsible attitude. The ideal candidate will need to have strong computer skills, be extremely well organised and have a keen eye for detail.  At least 3 years’ experience of working in an administration led role. Good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Experience in the use of Microsoft office is essential and a working knowledge of SharePoint would be preferred but not essential. Good problem solving and analytical abilities Good communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build a rapport with others Self-motivated, able to use your initiative with a can-do attitude Organised with good time management and the ability to rapidly switch between different tasks and being able to prioritise your workload. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS Read, understand and comply with all internal policies Co-operating with the company to achieve safe, healthy and environmentally sound operations on and off site. Co-operate with instructions from the auditing department or management; and reporting any lack of business process-training requirements. Ensure that customer requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, met and maintained. Maintain focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Functional and hierarchical escalation of work-related incidents as required. Responsible for raising awareness of non-compliance Complete any mandatory training.
