Regulatory Compliance Coordinator £25,000 per annum Permanent opportunity in Wrexham Additional benefits: * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Free parking * Life insurance * Stable employment in todays current climate The Role Regulatory Compliance Coordinator with a background in Chemistry required to work for a family- flexible organisation. Working in an office based environment, this role will suit a candidate with the ability to produce written documentation as well as conduct Health & Safety audits. Responsibilities * Coordinate the relationship with suppliers. * Manage supplier regulatory database to ensure up to date compliance documentation. * Technical appraisal of raw materials. * Produce certificates of compliance with REACH regulations by gathering data from relevant contacts. * Generate safety data sheets * Feedback to customer requests regarding all regulatory and technical requests. * Monitor products within the framework of REACH regulations. * Liaise with customers regarding regulatory compliance. The Candidate The successfully appointed Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities: * A background/higher education in Chemistry/Polymers. * Demonstrated Regulatory experience / Hands on experience in creating declaration documentation for global regulatory compliance (Product Stewardship). * Experience working with, but not limited to, European Regulations for polymers, FDA, Chinese food, Toys, REACH, SML’s and Dual use Additives. * A high level of written English and oral communication skills, including a proven ability to produce high quality written documents, present information in the most appropriate format and ensure accuracy of technical content. * Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office. * Experience in conducting internal auditing to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (desired but not essential) * Performing risk assessments and COSHH assessments(desired but not essential) Additional key skills or job titles: QA, Quality Assurance, Quality Management, polymers, health and safety, Chemistry degree The Package * £25,000 per annum. * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Free parking * Working hours are 09.00- 17.00 (Monday-Thursday) and 09.00 – 16.00 (Friday) The Company A responsible manufacturer of bespoke products who pride themselves with their extensive in-house technical skills, state-of-the-art technology and agile manufacturing processes.
