NDT Operative Level 2   Permanent position Radiography and / or Dye Penetrant experience required Excellent salary/package on offer   Job Description NDT Operative Level 2 Requires NDT Level II Certification EN4179/NAS410 or PCN (Radiographic and Liquid Dye Penetrant Testing) Responsible for carrying out independent non-destructive testing of products Set up and standardise equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results. Conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard. Developing written instructions from approved general procedures.  Completion of all internal and external documentation relevant to the inspection/ testing of product or process, e.g. Work card, inspection reports, First Article Inspection Reports, Non-conformance Reports etc. The identification and documenting of non-conforming product or process. Liaise with production personnel and supervision where required to feedback information relating to tested product. Compliance with all pertinent procedures and work instructions within the quality manual. Active involvement in Continuous Improvement activities related to Inspection activities. Where required, involvement with the investigation into root cause of non-conforming product and the implementation of corrective and preventive action.  NDT Operative Level 2 Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications NDT Level II Certification EN4179/NAS410 or PCN (Radiographic and Liquid Dye Penetrant Testing) An excellent eye for accuracy and attention to detail. Experience testing/inspecting aerospace components  NDT Operative Level 2 Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications X-Ray inspection trained
