A HSE Advisor is required for a world-class business that manufacture and supply products to a highly successful industry at their site in East Yorkshire. Supplying bespoke products into varied industries, the business is at the forefront of research and development into material science. Due to department investment, this business are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HSE Advisor to add value to the department. Duties and Responsibilities Include: * Develop relationships and promote EHS across all levels of the business * Ensure compliance in relation to all relevant legislation in relation to permits and HSE management systems * Assist locations in development of environmental compliance calendars to ensure all compliance requirements are maintained * Provide EHS advice and support for the plant and liaise with staff at all levels * Maintain and develop the sites ISO45001 and ISO14001 Management Systems * Develop and deliver training for HSE across the business * Support the HSE Manager with risk assessments and investigations The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: * Must have a manufacturing background * NEBOSH Qualified * Experience in developing and maintaining compliance systems * Strong communication skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills This is an outstanding opportunity for a progressive HSE Advisor to join a thriving business as it enters an exciting period.
