This fantastic opportunity requires a self-motivated, approachable yet resilient manager who will be brought on board to ensure that all work is undertaken meets with SRA standards and regulations, allowing fee earners to practice accordingly. You will be working closely alongside the Regulatory Director and deputising when required, in addition to managing one direct report. Specific responsibilities will consist of: Maintain all registers of concern for DPA 2018 and MLR2017 Manage DSAR Develop and update procedures and policies to ensure ongoing compliance with Regulatory requirements Manage data breaches Monitor updates from Regulators to ensure complianceShould you have the necessary and previous experience from either the financial or legal sector then I would be keen to hear from you.
