Our customer a leading cloud based service provider is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a Telecoms Security and Compliance background to join their rapidly expanding teams. As a Security and Compliance Manager you will be working closely with the CCo in a newly created role to monitor and manage the protection and security of the various data interfaces as well as to contribute to internal and external assurance activities. Much of your time will be taken up working with the CCO on the implementation and review of policies, standards and controls across the business. In addition you will be responsible for the effective management of the ISO standards that have been adopted across the business. You must have previous experience within a Telecoms environment working alongside the sales team to help with customer requests for infromation including audits and RFP. Additionally you will have worked with the Telecoms management team to set wider policies and standards along with working in an advisory role on internal projects. Your duties will include but not be limited to: * Undertaking and monitoring telecom compliance activities across the organisation. * Managing ISO accreditation within a telecoms environment alongside various line managers currently responsible for maintaining and improving each accrediation. * Ensuring security is enforced as per accrediation including PCI and ISO 27001:2013 * Data Protection management. * Proactively identifying gaps or conflist in existing processes or those identified in audits and work to develop solutions with various teams in the business. * You must be prepared to work from offices based in central London or Cardiff. Additional responsibilities will include: * Ensuring company standards * Health & Safety * Departmental Support You must be able to maintain excellent communications with all employees, board members and clients as required by the specific requirements of the role to proactively ensure conistent and proactive co-operation and dialogue between all company personnel.
