Head of Quality Compliance £45,000 - £65,000 Per Year + Car Allowance Our client is currently looking for a Head of Quantity Compliance to join the team based in the North West. Key Area of responsibility Ensuring workload for delivery partners and making sure the works are fluid, to ensure works are delivered safely and on time. Overseeing of delivery partners on completion of works to quality standards of all aspects of construction activities. Ensuring prompt and accurate completion and return of relevant information from delivery partners e.g. test results, closing information to sign off Ensuring relevant Health and Safety standards are followed and achieved including undertaking required site audits/inspections, Ensuring work sites comply with all current legislation. Management of quality outcomes with Delivery Partners Investigating complaints and issues should they occur. Investigating Health and Safety incidents. Management of poor performance with delivery partners through robust contract management approach on working with stakeholders Chairing and leading relevant meetings such as Health and Safety, Performance, and Planning. Ensure works are complete and meets the required quality standards including Client Specification and HAUC All designs and validation in place to ensure the hopper is full to accommodate the glidepath of homes to have 120% ready against programme Delivering on our promises Skills and Experiences In-depth experience of telecoms networks including all required BT accreditation. Technical knowledge of PIA and Openreach ISIS standards Working with key influencing stakeholders such as Delivery Partners, local authorities and Key Stakeholders Relevant knowledge and experience in fibre to the home activities Competent where appropriate in managing the quality of Delivery partners Excavation, Blockages, Rod and Rope and duct laying - Backfill and compaction - Hot Lay Reinstatement - Cold Lay Reinstatement - Cabling - Blown Fibre - Splicing - Testing Computer literate Microsoft applications Excel and Word. Self-motivated with good organisational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
