A Contracts Compliance Officer is required for one of Northern Ireland's largest Public Body's. As a Contracts Compliance Officer your role will be to play a leading supporting role to ensure Capital Project contracts are managed successfully. You will also be responsible for managing the professional Framework call-off process to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently and costs are managed in line with associated approval value. As Contracts Compliance Officer your new role will include but not be limited to the following: Manage Procurement Pipeline for Capital Works Programme and develop the Procurement schedule. Ensure appropriate tender documentation is prepared and reviewed. Manage Framework call off process for professional services and advise on associated costs. Review and develop Framework management documentation. Check funding approvals for Capital Works projects. Review and approve KPI's. Manage professional services team and provide continuous contract management. Develop strategies and oversee compliance audits of contracts. Manage project stakeholders (user and supplier groups and external bodies etc). Develop QRA software for project risk management. Undertake Risk workshops for projects and provided QRA. Develop structures to report on overall key project risks. Assess and process payments to suppliers via the Agresso system as required.
