M&E Compliance Manager - Dagenham, Essex - £50k + 20% Bonus + Private Medical Preston Recruitment have partnered with a new facilities services provider based in Dagenham, Essex. The business has been operating for the last 3 years, and due to their continued success are now looking for an M&E Compliance Manager to strengthen their well-established maintenance team. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the delivery of compliance workstreams across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Compliance delivery including gas (residential and commercial), mechanical & electrical, legionella, fire, and asbestos services. Insisting on the highest standards of quality and consistency, achieving statutory compliance to maintain safe environments for all. * Manage a team of technical supervisors, trade operatives, contractors, and consultants in completion of multiple compliance inspections to assets across multiple contracts. * Provide guidance to PAYE staff and sub- contractors to ensure all abide with our highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. * Ensure that all statutory and legal requirements are met in respect of staff, buildings, residents and the public. Health safety and wellbeing is paramount and at the forefront of all business activity at all times. Role Requirements: * Previous experience of Contracts Management / Compliance Management – SFG20. * Experience of delivering on contracts of circa £5m. * Working within a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) would be an advantage. * Hold or historically held Mechanical, Gas or Electrical Qualifications (ACS/City & Guilds/HND/HNC) Benefits Package: * £50,000.00 Per Annum DOE * Up-to 20% performance related bonus * 25 Annual Leave + Bank Holidays * Private Medical Insurance * Company Laptop, Mobile Phone and Expenses
