Accurates, part of the Rating Division at Colliers International, are looking for an individual to work with the Empty Rates Consulting team providing services to clients of the firm in respect of empty properties in England. The role will be predominantly spent at client sites although the office base will be either the Colliers International office in Birmingham or London. The person will be a part of Accurates and will report on a day to day basis to the Director and Associate Director managing that empty rates cost management team. The role does not require formal property qualifications or extensive IT experience, but does involve the installation, removal and on occasions demonstration of digital marketing equipment on site. Training will be provided and there are opportunities for progression within the team. The role requires extensive travel and lone working and therefore confidence, self-reliance and a problem-solving mind-set are all useful advantages. A car allowance or lease vehicle will be provided and therefore the individual must meet the requirements of the company’s car scheme
