THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working with our client, a leading provider in their field to recruit for an experienced Compliance Officer on a 6 month FTC. Reporting directly to the Programme & Admissions Manager, you will be required to ensure that all compliance is able to meet statutory regulations whilst following company guidelines. THE JOB: Routine checks on compliance ensuring that guidance and criteria by external parties are met and meet quality standard. Oversee the final sign-off of all compliance folders, prior to candidates being registered. Ensuring updates are kept on top of by external agencies in relation to eligibility and compliance evidence and processing. Provide feedback to the Programme & Admission Officers in relation to compliance where evidence does not meet the required standard. Update compliance guidance as and when necessary, also to arrange training and support when required. Provide administrative support to Programme Directors in relation to inspections and visits.THE PERSON: Previous experience in a compliance role essential. Education experience desirable. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Previous experience using Salesforce, Mailchimp and Formsite desirable. Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. Must be immediately available.THE BENEFITS: Salaray between £22K - £23K (DOE). Hours of work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - 35 hours a week. Remote working. 6 month FTC.
