They provide a range of different services ranging from Facilities Management to Construction and are highly respected across the region. Due to their Facilities Management business seeing substantial growth in recent years they are now looking to bolster the technical ability of their FM management team by appointing a FM technical compliance manager. The Technical Compliance Manager will largely be responsible for planning maintenance across numerous contracts on various FM contracts, ensuring statutory/technical compliance is being maintained through developing and maintaining robust processes and procedures whilst providing technical support to colleagues and clients when needed. Duties will include: * Responsible for the review and updating of all Technical Compliance (Water/Fire/Gas/Lifting equipment) documentation * Management Procedures * Management Work Instructions * Appointment of RP/DRP/AE * Auditing to provide assurance of compliance * Ensure technical compliance competency levels are maintained * Strategic Account Management of selected specialist sub-contractors * Provision of Technical Support to our Professional Services FM team * Provision of Technical Support to the growth team This is a fantastic opportunity to join growing team in a highly regarded company.
