Technical Compliance Manager Oxfordshire £40,000 - £45,000 + Package Boden group are currently recruiting a Technical compliance manager for large facilities and Construction management Client, the role will be based at a site in Oxfordshire. The purpose of the role is to ensure delivery of an effective Asset Management & Compliance service while serving on contract deliverables and KPIs. Job Description 08:00 – 17:00 – Monday to Friday – On Call specified on Rota Reporting to the Hard Services Manager and provide Technical Advice. Completion, Management, Communicating and Reporting of the Asset Register within the Agility CAFM system. Management of change processes for all Assets Ensure compliance within the Client’s capital plans and Business Continuity Plans. Set up and manage the AMP for contract Design, own and manage lifecycle plan for account Ensure asset data in CAFM is sufficient at all times Ensure PPMs in CAFM are sufficient at all times SFG20 updates to be continuously understood and update process application to be designed, managed, implemented & complied to. Design, management, implementation, and compliance to end to end compliance management process and Risk Register To deliver your service in compliance with your allocated budget To design and implement interventions to rectify profit issues by using optimisation initiatives Capture and communicate any potential commercial changes and/or gaps to HFM Lead Ensure that you comply with the clients SSOW and HSW Policies and procedures always. Thorough technical knowledge, plus relevant experience of asset management and delivery of the operation and maintenance of all building services including critical services with experience of controlled environments. To be able to demonstrate knowledge of statutory regulations associated with all building services and Permits to Work systems in highly regulated and controlled environments. An experienced operational and maintenance leader with regard to business-critical service systems in a 24/7/365 environment. Good knowledge of ISO 50001 processes, SFG20 and CAFM systems.
