About The Role Compliance Manager will be responsible to complete regular compliance monitoring engagements in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure that relevant internal policies and processes are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for the achievement of compliance in GDP, H&S through one of the many warehouse areas of the Alcura Warehouse Department, inclusive of Goods Inwards, Outwards and Inventory. You will be required to implement your skills throughout all areas in the warehouse which will drive your development. As the Compliance Manager you will be able to recognize weaknesses in the current warehouse processes and recognize the importance of adopting the Alcura Q-Pulse system in your daily activities. About the Candidate Experience, Skills/Knowledge: Any prior knowledge of the following would be highly advantageous: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office with confidence to learn other systems GDP Knowledge Qpulse knowledge Warehouse / Distribution processes Health and Safety adherence Experience influencing and driving teams to achieve results Key Working Relationships: Warehouse and Facilities Manager Warehouse Team Leads Quality team Senior management Level of Decision Making: Daily tasks to be completed autonomously within defined processes and parameters Working with Team Members and Management to formulate recommendations for the improvement of processes and procedures
