The role will include specifically, collating all relevant documentation and calls correctly and redacting these where necessary according to GDPR. * Engage with customers and third party companies in relation to their right requests * Present a professional image of the company as the first point of contact for internal and external customers post-funding * Provide accurate information to internal/external customers in line with policies and procedures * Use all available methods to initiate and maintain contact with customers to ensure that a positive outcome is achieved * Complete the servicing of all rights which have been raised across the business. * Identify and accurately report any customer complaints * Report any identified breaches in procedures from any areas of the business * Accurately record/log all direct and indirect customer contact on all systems * Liaising with all relevant departments in order to ensure all rights are serviced within SLA
