Automotive Compliance Specialist / Legal Advisor -Focus on FCA and GDPR Compliance- Monday - Friday working hours. Office based in the Peterborough area with opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week. £35-45,000 commensurate with experience. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Motor Trade professional looking for a change in direction. Do you have experience within the Motor Industry in a role involving/ focusing on FCA and/or GDPR compliance? Can you think methodically and form a balanced argument? Are you looking for a stimulating and rewarding role, with the possibility of professional development and further qualifications? Do you have any legal background/ training/ education? Bonus points if you do! We are looking for a Compliance Specialist / Consultant to join our Client's existing and growing team. With Clients in the motor industry, we're looking to add strength to a team advising on a range of compliance matters. Other areas include HR, H&S, Consumer Credit, Trading Standards and miscellaneous other issues (like PPI claims!). It's a very varied role so you'll need to have an open and flexible approach for this to work well for you. We're also looking for someone who is proud of the Company they represent, who will get involved in writing articles for the website blogs or trade magazines, potentially be willing to be involved in Podcasts and the changing media channels. We're looking for a committed individual willing to work hard, and in return you'll form part of a fantastic team working with an interesting client group, where no 2 days are the same. Motor Trade experience is a must, this might suit a Business Manager from a franchised dealership, or perhaps an Account Manager from a Finance House. Full company details available on application.
