The suitable candiate will develop, maintain and measure Quality Management & compliance systems and coordinate process improvement across the Engineering & Asset Management function. Key Responsibilities: * Author and administrate the Engineering & Supply Quality Management System (QMS) processes within process Framework, identifying and supporting continuous improvement objectives and satisfying end-user requirements as identified by process owners. * Develop measures to gauge QMS process effectiveness in terms of compliance to applicable standards. * Coordinate the process change lifecycle, in doing so, identifying and incorporating best practice, reducing waste and adding value. * Identify opportunities for QMS development and continuous improvement of a more general nature, within E&S (and across the wider business where applicable). * Support the planning and delivery of internal and external QMS & compliance audits, including management of associated nonconformances, corrective actions and improvement suggestions to closure/implementation. * Support the implementation of E&S-owned QSHE policies and promote/evidence compliance with same across the organisation. * Maintain a repository of process and associated documents, generating reports and carrying out administrative and coordinating activities to provide current, consistent and controlled content to users. * Support process owners and users by managing access to the process management platform, delivering training, mentoring and providing a helpdesk service. * To become involved in other ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications required: A-Level standard of education (or equivalent). Internal Auditing qualification. Experience required: Significant experience of business process management authoring and evaluation and/or ISO certified quality management system development and continuous improvement. Experience of working with/administration of web-based applications or ERP systems. Hands-on experience of the MS Office suite of applications. Suitable for someone who Is used to working in a customer-focused, process-driven environment and comfortable working to strict methodologies. Is an effective team worker with good interpersonal skills and is able to influence and challenge others through constructive dialogue. Is task-focused and able to work to strict deadlines, achieving results with minimal supervision. Is very organised, logical and structured with a keen eye for detail. Has the ability to analyse and evaluate complex information with a tenacious approach to problem solving.
