Call Monitoring Officer (Quality and Compliance) Spencer Joseph are currently looking for Call Monitoring Officers (Quality and Compliance) to join a growing team in Bury. Call Monitoring Officer (Quality and Compliance) * Listen to, review and score calls of the customer service advisors * Ensuring leads meet agreed standards * Identifying trends * Check all sales agents stay within regulations and guidelines * Checking all calls meeting quality ad compliance guidelines * Communicating effectively with colleagues and managers * Providing feedback * Working on a high volume of calls each day To be considered for the Call Monitoring Officer must possess the following: * Must have proven experience within a similar call checking role * Ability to listen attentively * Computer literate * Great attention to detail * Able to work to deadlines * Aware of GDPR * Able to assess quality in line with regulations * Decisive The Company Our client is a broker for life insurance. Your role within this company will be to listen to calls from the contact centre and review these against company standards, quality, and compliance. You will need to be an effective communicator and a great decision marker, as it is your responsibility to approve, reject or feedback calls to the sales agents. As this is a high volume and fast paced role you will need to be positive and professional candidate who can adapt easily and fit into the quality and compliance team.
