Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a fantastic manufacturing business to appoint a HSEQ Manager into their business. Turning over £20M with around 150 heads, our client is a specialist manufacturer supplying high spec products into a market buoyant sector. With confident growth currently planned across 2021 and 2022, this role is integral to the growth in processes, systems and HSEQ culture on site. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role takes complete ownership and accountability for all things Quality & HSE across several sites in South Yorkshire. It is required to man manage a small team, but needs someone keen to take a hands on approach to get things done. We are looking for someone confident and credible enough to help set and execute a HSEQ strategy, and work closely alongside the senior leadership team to achieve QHSE business goals are met. Duties & Responsibilities include: - Maintain and improve ISO9001, 14001 and H&S systems in the group - Action and control all internal and external audits, corrective actions and non conformances - Manage Supplier Quality - Maintain and improve all HSE processes, documentation and policies ensuring all legal compliance is accurately met - Control all environmental waste records and statutory reporting, ensuring a duty of care - Analyse all issues across HSEQ and manage all internal root cause analysis and corrective action plans Elevation Recruitment Group are interested in speaking to candidates with the following skillset: - Rounded QHSE Management experience in a manufacturing environment - Stable employment in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating organic career growth - NEBOSH Qualified - Proven man-management experience with a good track record of people development and empowerment - Diligent and detail driven approach, ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation with a collaborative approach and an ability to understand business needs - Ability to prioritise workload and able to adapt to different circumstances and environments This role would really suit a candidate who is keen to really make a difference with a supportive management team who are genuinely committed to change as they enter an exciting period of growth.
