We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our warehouse operations leadership team in providing a key role in compliance of good distribution practice, environmental and health and safety regulations. In this challenging role you will be responsible for ensuring the business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. Periodically will conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards. You will be a vital link between the operations business and both External and Group Internal Auditors, working closely with them on a regular basis. Reporting directly to the Warehouse and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out independent assessments and structured audits of business activities and initiatives with an outlook and view on improving business performance by developing  effective follow up action plans with the relevant management team and coaching as a subject matter expert where required. About the Candidate We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships in order to drive continuous increased business performance. You will have proven demonstrable experience within a similar role and be able to provide examples to support this. You will come with the ability to manage and influence people and to make sure employees make every effort to stay compliant across company's various departments. You will write and distribute documents that educate others on how to improve compliance. Ideally you will have a background within a GDP environment, knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes and analytical mind-set with excellent organizational skills.
