In this role, you will provide an all-around assurance and compliance administrative function, in support to the quality assurance and compliance throughout the business. Responsibilities: * Assist the compliance function to implement and continuously assess for improvement. * Assist and take part the adoption of an internal peer to peer led audit regime that enhances service delivery and contract compliance. * Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and Chief Financial Officer to continuously review policies and procedures to ensure both compliance with legal requirements and best practice (for example relating to data protection, anti-bribery, and record retention). * Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of internal quality control and assurance methods which promote brilliance in all aspects of the business. * Maintain the risk/difficulties registers, master lists of our Policies, Terms & Conditions and Compliance training etc across the business. * Refining, contributing, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to continuously improve and enhance our Quality Assurance Framework. * Coordination and facilitation of internal and external quality and compliance audits * Project compliance coordination such as document retention and archiving. * Provide confidential administrative support to the Compliance team. * Involvement in day-to-day reporting within the Assurance and Compliance function, and record management. * Keeping up to date with changes with our External accreditations such as ISO. Requirements: * Relevant experience in an audit, quality, documentation, or project management coordinator/ administration role * A basic understanding of external accreditations (such as ISO). * Excellent communication skills. * Enjoys working within a dynamic and fast paced environment, and is the go-to person for Compliance queries. * Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. * ICT literacy with competence Microsoft Office suite. * Able to demonstrate an understanding of business processes and identify scope for improvement. * Ability to self-motivate and complete training courses to upskill where appropriate
