Duties: * Contacting candidates on a regular basis. * Responsible for pre-employment checks on all candidates. * Knowledge of all documentation we can and cannot accept * Responsible for obtaining and verifying documentation submitted by candidates. * Auditing files on a regular basis * Applying for enhanced DBS certificates * Conducting essential checks on documentation such as DBS Checks, Right to Work Checks, NMC Checks, Employment Checks, Identity Checks, Fit to Work Checks * Conducting checks in the correct timeframe * Booking candidates in for relevant training * Able to check immunisations reports and determine whether we are able to obtain a Fit to Work certificate based on what has been provided * Booking candidates in for immunisation/blood tests * Issuing candidate ID Badges * Applying for references The person: The successful candidate must be organised and able to work quickly and efficiently based on the amount of nurses coming through compliance
