Regulatory Compliance Manager Stable Resources has partnered with a cosmetics business undergoing substantial growth which is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage all regulatory requirements for their products. You will be coordinating with the New Product Development, Brand and Laboratory teams to ensure compliance of all new and existing products. Reporting to the Marketing Innovation Manager you will have full regulatory responsibility and therefore will be experienced and have a proven track record in this field for cosmetic beauty products. Responsible for regulatory compliance across all retail territories and accreditations, covering product, copy, PR and other related outward facing activity. Represent the business as the nominated Responsible Person (RP) and ensure associated responsibilities are understood and maintained. You will understand the commercial aspects and pressures of the Regulatory Role. This position works across the business providing clear, accurate and precise direction in a timely fashion. The position requires a commitment to ongoing maintenance of latest Cosmetic Regulatory knowledge and insights. The Role * Ensure PIF documentation for all launched products in place. * Maintain a consultative level of knowledge on required regulations. * Keep up to date with changes in Regulations and guidelines. * Communicate relevant information within the business to inform decision making. * Maintain current knowledge of company product ranges. * Liaise with Regulatory authorities and ingredient suppliers where necessary. * Generate documentation in accordance with cosmetic regulation requirements, INCI lists, MSDS's, compliance certificates. * Select external agencies vs performance and value for money. * Check and approve artwork. * Input information and register products onto the CPNP and all other databases required by the business. * Ensure company ethics are maintained and defendable. * Liaise with Laboratory team to ensure compliance of products. * Liaise with the Sales / Complaints team to advise on feedback to complaints from consumers. * Manage regulatory team member coordinating workload and training. * Provide training or documentation to the business to enhance decision making and project efficiency and consistency.
