Duties include: - You will be required to provide full compliance duties to a team of recruitment consultants -Chasing up time sheets from candidates -Making sure all workers have the relevant information to start work. -Collecting passports & relevant information to work at our clients -Updating databases and cleansing information -Ensuring all documentation and compliance information is recorded, scanned and filed Some prior experience within an administration role is essential Candidates must be: - Computer literate - Be attentive to detail The ideal candidate will: - Possess some administration experience - Be attentive to detail -Calm under pressure -Possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft office -Have experience of working in an office or sales environment previously -Have a positive and approachable manner -Possess excellent organisation skills -Possess a good standard of general education Enlighten Supply Pool - "Inspiring The Next Generation
