Compliance Administration and Data Analyst Location: Home based with occasional travel to our Nottingham office and regional sites Contract: Initially Fixed Term for 12 months Salary: Up to £24,000 pa dependant on experience Holidays: 24 days + additional days leave to celebrate a special occasion! We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administration and Data Analyst to join our growing Compliance & Audit team based in Nottingham. As a Compliance Admin and Data Analyst, you will be responding to stakeholder queries via email and phone and driving insights from our rapidly growing data sets.  You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, reporting, and visualising data and making key decisions to support our Compliance Investigations. Who are we looking for? Strong communication and administration skills. Knowledge of market leading data analysis tools and products, preferably PowerBI. Be able to demonstrate advanced skills in Excel. Analytical mindset and inclination for problem solving. Have knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment techniques. Able to translate and present data, using clear graphical representations and data visualisations. Experienced in using statistics to generate clear and effective recommendations. Effective use of initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing demands. Passionate about turning data into insight to enable decision making. Capable of managing enquiries from victims in a competent and sensitive manner. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, speaking either Bulgarian or Romanian. The Compliance Administration and Data Analyst Role Working as part of compliance led projects and analysis activities including creating, managing, and validating data for business processes and reporting, helping to add value to our workers and clients. Respond and support various stakeholders with compliance enquiries. Continuous support to the team in daily administrative tasks. Extract data when requested and generate reports in a timely manner. Explore and analyse all available data to support and influence current and future projects, initiatives, and analysis. Prepare and maintain appropriate records and reports in an articulate and professional manner, analysing large datasets with a high attention to detail. Work with internal and third parties to drive compliance standards with the support of IT and data driven solutions. Be a resource and advocate for data within the organisation by teaching and empowering others to use data and drive insight.
