Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality Manager: Construction / Lift Industry Location: London Moving people. Shaping the future. At Otis, we take pride in leading the industry we founded. The Role Otis is now seeking to recruit a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) Qualified EHSQ Manager to provide overall advice and direction to Project Managers, Managers and employees within our Service and Modernisation Business in London in order to comply with Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives based on regulatory, Otis, and customer requirements. You will spend most of your time on-site within the M25. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; * Implementing the EHS&Q strategy for Otis in order to achieve goals and injury reduction targets * Providing technical and EHSQ management advice, support and guidance to managers and employees on all matters relating to EHSQ issues, programs and systems. * Supporting the implementation of all the audit processes through design and planning of the processes, training of participants and leaders and recommending and implementing continuous improvement efforts. Carry out audits as required. * Investigate, propose and follow through developments in Otis’s health safety, environmental and quality management systems. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/knowledge/qualifications: * EH&S professional qualification (NEBOSH Cert/Diploma or equivalent) * Experience in an EH&S role within either the Lift Industry (preferred) or Electrical/Mechanical field * Strong Stakeholder management skills * IS0 9001:2015 auditor desirable * Up to date with EHSQ practices and legislation * Training qualification and experience CIEH professional trainer desired * Project Management experience desired * Environmental qualification (IEMA Cert or equivalent) is desirable * Physically able to work on site for extended periods of time, able to work flexible hours, including night works.
