Kind Consultancy is working with a successful national Financial Services network which is now seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support their Compliance function. The role will be home-based, requiring occasional travel to the London. Key responsibilities will include: - Pro-actively and re-actively delivering Compliance support to the network’s members - Contributing to regular Compliance communications on behalf of the organisation and their website - Supporting the monitoring and review of the “Minimum Standards” across the membership - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Compliance technical matters for any queries from colleagues - Monitor internal audit activity. Our ideal candidate for the role: - Has demonstrable experience of interpreting regulatory requirements in a Commercial Finance environment and implementing those requirements within business operations - Has experience in Compliance audit and review. - Has very strong knowledge of UK Financial Services regulation, ideally including knowledge of CONC and the FCA Handbook - An understanding of UK lending If you’re interested in the Senior Compliance Officer role and you have the skills, knowledge and experience we’re looking for, please apply with an updated CV today
