Fastest growing Fin Tech are looking for an experienced, senior-level compliance professional to hold the SMF16 Senior Management Function with the FCA, and to drive our compliance framework and function. You will be responsible for setting the regulatory compliance agenda within the organisation. You will take a consultative approach and work closely with every business division to implement and manage an innovative and practical, yet thorough, compliance regime. The role will be Surveying and interpreting our regulatory and broader compliance landscape, both domestically and internationally. Working with senior managers across the business to establish and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring and training programme, focused on ensuring cross-company understanding and ownership of regulatory risk. Managing of our regulatory licences both in the UK and internationally in time, including applying for and maintaining new licences. Managing regulatory oversight, controls, reporting and engagement. Reporting to senior management, including the Board of Directors, as the risk owner for compliance. Be the ultimate point of escalation for regulatory issues. Monitoring, testing and reporting on the effectiveness of our Compliance Monitoring Plan. Constantly driving for improvement in efficiency and risk management. Developing talent, including line management of team members. What you will bring... We're looking for someone with experience in a regulated financial institution, or other corporate, and who is passionate about moving to a fast-paced fintech. You will be driven and able to work independently, while taking a consultative approach in the way compliance is implemented.
