Elevation are currently partnered with a leading process manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking for a HSE Advisor to join the business in support of the HSE Manager. The role is an exciting opportunity for someone enjoys being out on the shop floor developing processes and procedures. Duties and responsibilities: o Responsible for coordinating and advising on all areas of SHE compliance o Promote positive safety culture o Participate in site safety audits and support the implementation of all relative health and safety action plans arising out of routine inspections, audits and safety committee meetings o Site Emergency planning and resourcing o Ensure that all incidents and accidents are centrally reported within set timelines and produce site statistics o Support and develop site behavioural safety programme o Participate in and support employee wellbeing initiatives o Ensure that all foreseeable risks are managed accordingly and that all processes and procedures are compliant with all relevant legal requirements legislations and applicable standards o Liaise with and manage relevant regulatory authorises, including the HSE. Deal with audits and any correspondence that require actions and confirmed closure I'm keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset: o NEBOSH Certificate o Comes from a manufacturing background - process/FMCG experience o Excellent communication skills o ISO45001/14001 knowledge
