Due to expansion my client in Kings Hill are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their team for an initial period of 12 months, this is likely to become permanent. Key Job Responsibilities: To continually review the Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure it remains focussed on the organisations key risks and provide the organisation with relevant assurance that the company continues to comply with relevant legislation and regulations including, but not limited to, data protection, PCI DSS, anti bribery and corruption, direct marketing, fundraising, fraud etc. To analyse and form initial conclusions on the results of the different work undertaken and to produce draft reports in a timely manner to line management. To bring to the early attention of line management and the Risk & Compliance Officer and Deputy DPO all instances where breaches of company policy, relevant legislation and regulations are suspected. To follow-up the implementation of agreed corrective action plans with management on a timely basis and monitor to conclusion. To provide recommendations to the Risk & Compliance Officer and Deputy DPO as identified and required. To assist with the development and maintenance of company policy and procedures. To respond promptly to requests for advice or information from employees, senior management, the external auditors or the regulatory or law enforcement bodies. To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with client departments, encouraging a positive risk and compliance culture. To provide compliance support, including advice and training, to all areas of the business. To prepare board, executive or other committee reports as required. To manage the maintenance of the compliance breaches database. To manage, draft, revise and update all Group Compliance owned Policies, manuals, procedures, and related training and guidance materials. To give Compliance review and sign-off for marketing materials, access requests (where compliance sign-off is required) and other requests as required. To provide advice and guidance to the business on policy and regulatory matters as required and attending team meetings where necessary. To support the work of the Risk & Compliance Officer and Deputy DPO To manage and authorise requests relating to third party access, live data in test and external data transfers as required. To consult on compliance matters relating to new business development initiatives to assist the business in making informed choices to develop the initiatives further. To perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope of the required level of compliance monitoring, liaising with the Risk Manager where appropriate. To collaborate with other departments to support the creation of strong internal controls and monitor adherence to them, proactively auditing processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
