EMCOR UK are offering a Full Time Permanent opportunity for a professional to join our award-winning Quality and Compliance Team, based at GSK Stevenage and working across the contract. Job Purpose: Working as part of the Compliance Team across the GSK portfolio supporting operational/technical/Quality teams where required. As part of a team monitor and control the compliance regime supporting; both internal and external client audits, complex process compliance activities, monitoring corrective actions and ensuring timely close out of any remedial actions that may arise. Audit preparedness and overall, supporting and increasing compliance awareness and driving a positive compliance culture. Support training programme pertaining to EMCORUK/GSK processes and procedures to ensure embedded compliant culture. Responsibilities: Supporting complex audit regime across GSK portfolio and support timely close out of all corrective actions including; Level 1, Management Monitoring and supporting other internal/external audits Support central EMCOR compliance audits to ensure audit actions are properly issued, actioned and closed out Co-ordinate routine weekly & monthly dashboard reports/Smartsheet etc. and communicate with site operational teams to provide guidance to ensure all compliance actions are closed out in a timely manner. When required, support with quality and compliance related investigations including performing RCA's. Co-ordinate and review After Action Reviews (AAR's) reports where requested. Focus on building and maintaining positive working relationships with key customers / departments and be a point of contact for customer queries and feedback. Ensure work is performed in adherence with company policies, procedures and standards and Health and Safety legislation and statutory regulations in order to maintain the integrity of operational activities and safety of employees and provide high quality service to customers. To work alongside the wider compliance team to ensure formal site meetings are attended with the Client in a prepared and professional manner Support GSK compliance programmes; including statutory, GxP operational requirements Support CAPA actions as a result of quality improvements and audit findings. Ownership of operational impact assessments ensuring timely closure and support training for operational teams across portfolio Support wider operations team across region as and when required Person Specification Proven experience successfully delivering a similar role. Audit experience ISO 9001 (Preferred), ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001(Desirable) Excellent level of interpersonal and Customer relationship skills. Knowledge and Experience of Facilities Management preferred. Good knowledge of EMCOR internal IT Systems Driven and proactive Individual who uses initiative and can take ownership. High standard of IT Skills (producing reports / analysing data). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working within a regulated environment Full UK driving license and requirement to travel and work from 3 locations. General knowledge of GxP (Desirable) Self-starter Strong communication skills Must hold relevant experience to support deliverables Previous compliance experience at operational level Must hold relevant auditing experience/qualifications Willingness to support operations when required Able to travel across all the sites in the GSK contract across the Home Counties - approx. 60 mile radius.
