Compliance Manager I am recruiting for a Compliance Manager within a specialist FMCG manufacturing and commercial business. The role will lead on product and supplier compliance as well as being customer focused as the role is client facing. Main tasks and responsibilities: * * Ensure compliance to standards like, BRC, HACCP, Ethical standards (SEDEX, SMETA) * Review Supplier manufacturing specifications and compliance * Develop a strong working relationship between clients end users like buyers and technical specialists * Knowledge of working within defined quality systems like ISO9001, * Experience of audit – quality, ethical and following actions * Strong attention to detail to follow up actions and non-conformance, CAPA * Provide monthly reports and updates to supplier compliance and actions * Monitor Carbon footprint, Zero emission and support/develop sustainability objectives The Candidate * * Previous experience of working within quality assurance, compliance within a Food, FMCG or healthcare company * Educated to at least degree standard * Ideally knowledge and experience of SEDEX, SMETA standards * Auditing experience ideal – BRC, Suppliers or SEDEX * The role involves some international travel and will you will need to team player, outgoing and positive This is an exciting and challenging role which will provide a step forward in career development, if you feel you want to know more about the company and the role, apply within and explore!
