MS100 - Head of Compliance Location: Romsey, Hampshire Salary: £11 - £13 per hour Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking Head of Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance to legislation, policy, and integrated management system. This is a part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week.  Applications from ex-military personnel are encouraged but all applications will be given due consideration. Duties & Responsibilities: To ensure that the Integrated Management System which embraces Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental issues is kept current and reporting/ communication requirements are respected. Fill out and submit PQQ’s and other customer required information when required. Administration of accident/incident and near miss documentation and compiling statistics and reports accordingly. Updating policies, procedures and master forms ensuring that all company documentation complies with the IMS. To continuously develop the IMS to ensure that all company processes and procedures are “captured” and included in the system. To coordinate and/or carry out internal audits as and when required to do so by the IMS and to include any required actions in the action plan accordingly. To coordinate and administrate external audits as and when required and to update the IMS action plan accordingly. Skills & Qualifications: Understanding of ISO principles & audits. Highly organised. Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills. Location: Romsey, Hampshire Salary: £11 - £13 per hour
