We are currently recruiting for a HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Speke, Liverpool, L24 9GR Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday 40 Hours 1hr Lunch Job Purpose To provide HS&W guidance, advice and support to the EMCOR UK operational site team at Seqirus. Within the associated remit to assist in the discharging of HS&W responsibilities to maintain zero harm objective. To provide HS&W Management solutions in line with local site requirements ensuring collaboration with EMCOR UK site team, Client and Supply Chain Partners. To support the SHE&Q Manager with all aspects of health and safety on the contract. Ability to work on numerous projects/inspections simultaneously Be a safety ambassador of EMCOR UK Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Deliverables ▪ To ensure that all operational elements of the business are met with high standards of SHEQ atall times. ▪ Promote a culture of compliance and continual improvement for all SHEQ activities, ensuring thatthe contract remains compliant. ▪ To ensure all provided projects are delivered on time and in a safe and productive manner. ▪ Planning and organising own workload to ensure maximum efficiency. ▪ Maintain a highly respected profile at any projects to ensure a robust health and safety culture. ▪ Support the operational teams and project teams by providing guidance and advice. ▪ To produce high standard reports and any associated documentation regarding SHE&Qperformance. ▪ Management of contractors including reviewing risk assessments, method statements and anyother associated documentation. ▪ Experience of managing projects under CDM 2015 ▪ To be forward thinking and develop initiatives which will assist in incident/accident reduction andpromote best practice. ▪ To undertake regular verification and inspection activities. ▪ Ability to audit tasks, activities, documentation and report on findings. ▪ Data gathering and statistical analysis ▪ To work collaboratively with all other EMCOR departments to provide service excellence. ▪ This job description is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities to be undertaken by the postholder and you may be required to carry out other duties which are felt to be reasonable.
