We're looking for a Compliance Manager with a technical background to take charge of compliance on a large Hospital, making sure its employees and its projects comply with all regulations and specifications. Previous experience in the healthcare field is necessary, you should be familiar with HTM's and HBM's and relevant Health and Safety measures. We're looking for a manager with good interpersonal skills and ability to give instructions and follow up effectively. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the continuous improvement of compliance policies and procedures ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements • Lead cross-functional projects to identify compliance risks within the business • Work cross functionally with both compliance groups and other departments within the business acting as a subject matter expert • Provide compliance training when needed
