My client is a well-established engineering company seeking a QSHE Advisor to join their team based in Bristol. They provide refrigeration, mechanical and electrical solutions to customers in the food retail, food processing and distribution, and non-food sectors including pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. Overview: You will assist with implementing the strategic HSEQ plan and lead Quality Management within the business. As HSEQ Advisor you will be supporting the company by providing advice and support to managers and supervisors across the business on Health Safety Environment and Quality issues. Your role is essential to ensure the business is legally compliant with all HSEQ legislation and approved practices.   You will assist with the implementation of HSEQ improvements to drive continual improvement and increase behavioural safety standards that will establish the company as industry leaders.  Responsibilities: Deliver monthly reports to the Head of HSEQ on progress of agreed targets and objectives  Provide practical competent advice to the workforce, supervisors and managers on HSEQ matters Carry out high quality Accident Investigation reports and support Line Managers with any accident/Incident Investigations Support the Head of HSEQ and other HSEQ Advisors in respect to external accreditations including 9001, 14001 and 45001 Complete internal and subcontractor audits, and set actions to address the root cause of any findings in relation to audits and investigations Complete site inspections and site visits as appropriate Deliver both internal and external training courses including IOSH Managing Safely and Safety Passport Alliance Participate and facilitate in communication and consultation activities Represent the company at client and industry forums Manage your day-to-day diary and workload Hold regular meetings with managers and supervisors to drive HSEQ improvement Requirements: A Minimum of Grad IOSH A IEMA Foundation Certificate Internal Auditor Training Experience with MS Office and similar systems such as SharePoint  A full driving licence Offer: £32k - £38k (DOE) For more information please contact Harry at Project Start on (phone number removed) or apply with a CV to prompt a call back
