Quality and Compliance Manager required for a scientific instrument manufacturing company, based near to Middlewich, Cheshire. Due to the increasing company growth, my client are looking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Manager to join the business. Quality and Compliance Manager Position Overview Review and control the company's quality and compliance procedures and standards. Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them. Management and implementation of process improvements. Support new system implementation. Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. Management of change control process. Set standards for quality as well as health and safety. Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures. Quality and Compliance Manager Position Requirements Experience in ISO9001, ISO27001 and CE Compliance preferable. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (formatting Word documents and working in Excel. Must be strongly engaged in continuous improvement. Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices.
