First People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HSEQ Advisor to work at an expanding Organisation. The ideal HSEQ Advisor will be Exceptional in building strong working relationships and working in partnership with external parties, employees, line managers and senior leaders to offer creative and pragmatic solutions across the business. Key focus: Deployment and implementation in practice of all HSEQ policies and procedures Development of IMS systems within the Organsiation Conducting Risk assessments both in plant and on-site Providing HSEQ technical support to site-based personnel Organise and provide directly HSEQ Training, induction and guidance on key matters relating to HSEQ Ensuring that the company and its workers comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate exceptional Health & Safety knowledge and experience from a similar industry background with excellent communication skills who can easily build relationships at all levels. They will be enthusiastic and a self-starter and someone who can work both autonomously and within a team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be prepared to support all aspects of HSEQ activity. Qualifications required: NEBOSH diploma/certificate IOSH membership CSCS card holder Valid UK driving licence holder
