Quality Assurance and Compliance Technician (E-Liquids) Preston £22,000 to £26,000 + Holidays + Pension + Career Development Monday to Friday Hours Quality Assurance and Compliance Technician required for an industry leading manufacturer based in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company which has grown massively in the last couple of years in terms of headcount and their global exposure. They can offer long term career prospects to the successful candidate such as growing their own team. To apply for this role you will have experience of working within a quality assurance/compliance focused position. Candidates with experience of working in the e-liquid industry will hold an advantage however candidate from ANY highly regulated background, such as food and pharmaceutical, are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all product packaging and labelling are compliant with international regulations. You will ensure all compliance accreditation is acquired in a timely manner before new and existing products are launched in new countries and work closely with the marketing team to make sure all merchandise and labelling is in line with this. You will also work closely with the internal laboratory team to ensure new and existing products are compliant with country specific regulations. Health and safety is a key focus for this role so you will be involved in auditing the approval and rejection process of new products. The company are currently in the midst of an exciting period of launching new products across the globe so this role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to become an integral member of the team. The company have very exciting plans in place and they offer the successful candidate the opportunity to grow the compliance team and move into a senior role with the growth of the company. The Role: * Ensuring packaging and labelling is compliant * Working with the launch of new and existing products *Ensuring health and safety standards are met in manufacturing The Person: * QA/Compliance Experience * Experience of working in a highly regulated industry – ideally e-liquids but NOT essential (other examples include pharmaceutical and food)
