The company are a successful Property Services Division of a leading Construction company. They work across the South West, Wales and into the Midlands, working on Maintenance framework contracts for Local Authorities and Social Housing providers. They are seeking a Compliance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The Compliance Manager role is to Oversee compliance activities to ensure safe and compliant Electrical and Gas related work delivery. Provide guidance and support to Property Services Operational teams and the Health & Safety team regarding electrical and gas compliance. Plan and undertake regular auditing of works, maintain necessary divisional accreditations (NICEIC & Gas Safe registration and certification) and perform the role of Principle Duty Holder. The successful candidate will be experienced managing domestic gas or electric services and a thorough understanding of the Gas or Electric Installation A Proven track record of promoting efficiency and value for money, a thorough knowledge of Health and Safety best practise * 5 day SMSTS - CITB * 1st Aid at Work (4 day) * ASCP Compliance Managers Would be an advantage.
